Interior design across the Southeastern United States

A combination of art and analysis helps Environment Interiors in St. Augustine, Florida, derive interior design solutions that are beautiful and functional, while providing an environment that is as low in toxins as possible. We partner with you to achieve your design aesthetic, providing access to luxury materials, furniture, and decor items.  We primarily serve the Southeastern United States although design takes us with our clients. Call for more information—pricing is available after your needs consultation and analysis.

Services

Every project is unique and is quoted individually based on an extensive needs analysis consultation. Next steps are an agreement of design concept and scope (the program), proposal, contract, implementation plan, change control, and follow up analysis. Projects range from thousands to tens of thousands of dollars based on desires, needs and budget.  Following are examples of a few of the components.

  • Consultation starts at $300 (to be credited to total project cost upon acceptance of contract).
  • Room design is quoted on fixed basis and/or hourly bases and includes a floor plan and 2-3 elevations using AutoCAD. Size and scope determines the overall design and ultimate project estimate.
  • Room rendering is based on a sketch-up model and other drawings (as the designer determines to best convey the design).
  • Color consultation starts at $50 per hour; two hour minimum.
  • Shopping for furniture/decor/textiles starts at $50 per hour; two hour minimum.
  • Space (floor) planning begins at $50 per hour; three-hour minimum and includes ADA (Americans with Disabilities Act) compliance.
  • Textile selection starts at $50 per hour; three-hour minimum.
  • Art acquisition billed at $50 per hour.
  • Art placement begins at $50 per hour; two-hour minimum (however, expertise and equipment needed to install large pieces can change this figure substantially.
